Microextended Mac font

Hi

I have a mac postscript font, which ideally, I would like to convert to Windows. The font in question in Microextended, and I have the full resource fork files with the postscript Mac OS font files.

I've tried third party utilities such as Cross font but to no avail.

Can anyone help!?
