Thank you for those links. We usually search for templates and then we don't get any that suits our needs. Even if readymade free templates will be common to many websites, we can make some modifications and make it look a bit different.

You can find an interesting assortment of templates at this site and it also provides for you to sign up as an affiliate and sell these items for a commission. You can sign up for this affiliate site at Template Monster.

There are free templates all over the internet, just google it and you'll find a bunch of good ones on the first page.
