link to same frame in iframe layouts

hello..i had a question..for example i have two button links and my layout is an iframe. when i click the first button, how can it's contents appear on the iframe..and when i click the second button, how can its contents be seen and open in the same iframe?..thank you..

use target="iframe_name" on the links.
