Does anyone know where can I get a simple image slicer?

I am presently using PSP6 and only PSP7 has the image slicer feature until I upgrade later.

If you know of any shareware or freeware program, please advise.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks.

Did you try doing a search on download.com or whatever? I'm sure I used to have something like this a long time ago but I have no idea what it's called anymore.

Thanks very much Megan, you were right I found it at download.com and it's called CoffeeCup Image Slicer.

It's downloading right now to my harddisk as I post, it's 1.775mb and may take some time as the connections is quite bad.

Thank you AndyB for the link, looks like we were both posting at the same time and your post was ahead of mine.

I will download it and see how good it is compared to the one Megan recommended.

Thanks again for the help.

Hi Grandmaster,

Thanks for that tutorial on PSP6 (image slicer techniques for PSP6) now I don't have to use a seperate program, you have a great site if I may say so.

Also thanks to AndyB and Megan for the other progams.

It "slices up" user interfaces you create in photoshop or paint shop pro so you can put them in HTML using tables.

Thanks Brian for the advice, I will try it also .

After experimenting and testing with the few image slicer programs. I just love the CoffeeCup freeware version. It was so easy to use and it also created the html code automatically.

I am posting the url below so that anyone looking for an image slicer can download it.

Oh I forgot to mention, another great feature of the program is the ability to use the sliced images as image map links also.

This is surely one great graphics utility tool that is a neccessity if you are designing web pages.
