Not bad but there are too many cut off points:
- the beggining of the URl top right should go.
- the top/bottom of the hand.
- Why highlight the D+P?
- Hmmn that grey code in the background looks familiar

I will make the hand gray and change the P to a less hard color.

Nice, but I don't like it being unsharp. At least that what my eyes are telling me. (maybe I should take a break from the puter)
Try getting the core of the letters more in focus without loosing the 3d effect.
I like it except for the appearance that the Y is cut off on the bottom. Call me picky, but I like to extend the image enough to shadow the letter 'tails'.
