Guys,

I have installed a PHP nuke tool on my site. Can any of you help me change the white background to something light blue that would match the first page of my site?

Here is the first page http://www.haitisurf.com/new and the pages that I would love to improve are the ones similar to this one
I am talking about the portal pages

how can I make these pages look like the other phpnuke forum that I have seen with beautiful layout and different sections well organized?

Let me simplify the question: How can I change the background color?
