I need a good mouse or something!
My MS wheel mouse stinks for graphics work. What would all you pros recommend for drawing in PSP/APS. I keep the ball and inner wheels clean but it's still hard to follow an existing line or creating new ones without the mouse deflecting onto it's own course. Are the optical mice good for this? How about drawing pads? Brands etc.
Thanks

I just purchased a new optical mouse. A Dexxa for $30 Canadian it is awesome. It is so percise no worrying about the ball getting stuck or nonsense.
I have used it for graphic creation without a problem. I highly recommend one.
If you are serious about getting one you can get them very cheap on eBay. Although, if they are on sale in your area more power to you.
See ya!

We use Wacom drawing tablets in my digital media course. They're very good for drawing - not even comparable to what you can do with a mouse. The problem is that they're very expensive ($200 USD for a small 4 x 5 tablet, $329 USD for a 6 x 8 which is easier to use, and another $50 USD for the pen!). Highly recommended though - I would buy one if I had the money.

There are cheaper brands too, but they're not as good (of course).
