Hi. Did you remove the version 3 from your computer? If not, try doing that and reinstalling. Also try installing to a different directory.

alot of software won't let you install any versions of their trialware stuff once the expiration date is up. It buries configuration files someplace that show up when you try a new version. Most don't help to clean your registry either. Only way I have been able to get around this is to format your harddrive (little extreme) or delete all the files in your windows directory and reinstall windows. Still a little extreme)
