How to keep same resolution

I want to view my site in every browser in the same resolution but it does not happen why?????

I have experienced this on my IBM laptop, which runs at 120 DPI. Internet Explorer and Opera compensate for the smaller pixels by increasing text size by 25%. Webkit and Mozilla based browsers are pixel based - 1em at "medium" text size is 16px, for example, while in IE it is 20px.

This may or may not be your issue.
