Using a template for your site I think its the best way for designing your website. You have to do nothing just download the template and edit it with the choice of words you want to add on your website.

so, now
1) You have to Select one template which one is suitable for you.
2) Download it
3) Make changes with design and content what ever is suitable for you.
4) and just upload those pages on your domain.
after following this four simple steps you are able to see your web site.
