Graphics packages/tools - looking for banner/button tool (Posted by Jaiem)
Can you recommend a graphics package or tool for easily making banners, buttons etc.? Something either freeware or relatively inexpensive (not hundreds of dollars).
Thanks.

There are a few, Adobe has ImageStyler, which is cheap for an Adobe product (about $150). MetaCrations Headline Studio, is not bad, however designed for animations. I personaly use ImageStyler, Macromedia Fireworks, Adobe PhotoShop, and Macromedia Flash to make buttons and banners. I find Flash to be the best for "creative" animations.
Ulead also has some interesting applications for buttons/banners and animations. Which are all well under $100.00
