Frustrating problem CSS

Hi

I wonder whether I can pick this Forum's collective brains with a very frustrating CSS problem please?

I'm trying to get vertical spacing between the dotted lines and various images below and would appreciate some help please. Confused

either wrap your tags with a tags,

or include top margin for h4 and bottom margin for ...

or use before

tag and another tag after the
