Free Photoshop?

As much as I'd like to believe otherwise, my skills as a printer don't make me an artist. My graphics look like Refrigerator Art. I'm gradually putting together my Co-op of non-profit clubs and orgs for Offroad User Groups in Texas and I'm realizing there may be a good business potential in Webhosting for the businesses that support these clubs/orgs....So, I'm wondering if anyone thinks this might work....

What if I offered a contest over the Photoshop and Flash websites where young talented artists gather and exchange ideas/art....maybe, a small cash prize and a business-related connection to my site....in exchange for designing the graphics and interface/experience? The potential exposure for a talented artist on a Webhosting site would make it worthwhile, don't you think?

Would the young artists and designers on the web be open to this sort of proposition or would they tell me to bug off? Frankly, I've also considered offering free webspace to the young, innovative designers who show obvious talent and insight...simply as a way to make their work more available to the older business types who probably would never see their work simply because they don't cruise the web looking for it. So, does this sound like a good idea, too?

Anyone with any suggestions on how to make this a reality or anyone who would be interested in partnering or acting as a liason between an old guy and the kids he so admires, let me know. It would be cool to make something great happen on the web....step outside the typical corporate anaretenta and use the medium in a new way....later....BB.
