Not sure about any programs but if you do a search for fonts or true type you should get thousands of results
watch out thou, collecting fonts can get addictive and am not sure if the bug is fixed but windows did have a bug that having more than 500 would crash your pc and cause all sorts of problems (something I learnt the hard way lol)
One of my favourites is http://www.fontflood.com - they've organized everything into a lot of categories which makes it easy to find something in a specific style, and they also have a specialized plug-in for one click font installation.
