I'm looking for a program that converts OpenType fontfiles (.pfb, .afm and .pfm) into TrueType (.ttf) fonts.

apparently you can download a fully functional (limited to 10 fonts) trial version of WebFont Wizard at
http://www.bitstream.com/categories/products/webfonttools/webfontwiz/signup.html
