Flash Navigation

Hi

m new to Flash.

I need to create a simple flash .swf file which I can plug in to the website im doing.

Want a 4 screen flash animation where the user can navigate back and forward between the pages by clicking buttons.

What is the simplest way of creating the navigation aspect of this? Iv looked at flash presentations and adding buttons but cant get the action scrip part to work so they navigate forward and back. If anyone knows how to do that?
