hmm. how can i explain this...what i mean is the fade colors on my pages, the white-blue. does it look good or what?

He's talking about a gradient background.

And no....it's not so hot IMO. You gradient isn't smooth..doesn't fade from the blue to white smoothly. Also the blue text on that color scheme isn't really working well.

Oh ! I was looking for fading page transitions / div appearances or something similar. Thought I was going a bit mad there. Site no longer seems to be available.

Can see it again now. Gradients are not interfering with the text for me, but I don't think that they add much to it.
