embed html in email?

Dell sends out eMails with html pages embeded in them so that you can see the page and links in your email in MicroSoft Outlook. I can save the html and open it in dreamweaver and its pretty standard html.

This is not just putting a link in the email.

What I can't do is figure out how to embed an html file in email and send it.

My employer wants me to construct a newsletter for our clients this way.

Help, I want to keep this job.

I _think_ that you would just use an HTML compatible email program such as outlook, and construct the message right there. Or, you may be able to cut-n-paste HTML into the message itself.
