Dreamweaver CS3 try-out + photo gallery scripts
I am wondering if I download a trial version of DW CS3, if the output is usable?
I have someone who wants a photo gallery made in DW , I don't use DW but had the thought to to the above.
Would it work?
thanks
~kaya
Any other good thoughts of photo gallery scripts that you have used and liked? For a professional photographer who wants to sell their work online.
I have used "http://gallery.menalto.com"
and like it. And this is what I had been planning to use.

Where did that original quote come from?
I've been using zenphoto for a new project and I like it a lot - just the basics but does exactly what I need it to and not a lot more. It's also very cleanly designed and standards compliant and the support community is really friendly and helpful.
Gallery (linked in the previous message) has tools built-in for selling photos online. I find it a lot more cluttered and hard to work with than zenphoto or plogger which is another one that I've used. I have Gallery running on my personal site and it always gives me trouble when I try to upgrade it.
For the original question - yes, I believe the trial versions of Adobe products are fully functional (but don't quote me on that because I could be wrong).

Megan, thanks I'll check out Zen photo. I do know what you mean about Gallery2, it has become a lot more than I need at times.
Thanks Matt, I guess I will just give that a try.
Megan, are you talking about :

That is from "Lovers In a Dangerous Time" off the "Stealing Fire" album by Bruce Cockburn

No, you're quoting someone named kaya up there asking about DW.
