Dreamweaver and Flash 5
Hi
I can't seem to find any topics on Flash 5 and Dreamweaver 3. I'm wondering if you can help me.
I need to complete a website that's using Flash 5 and Dreamweaver 3. I want my menu, which will consist of pulsing images and 4 buttons beside these, to be in Flash and the rest of the page to be in Dreamweaver. I'm not sure how to create the menu so it works and links in Dreamweaver. Do I create text buttons next to my animated movie clips? But then how can I create a URL on my buttons to go onto the next page? The actions seem to be greyed out for buttons? Is there a clear, easy to understand tutorial focussing on this?
Your help would make my life wonderful.

Create your navigation buttons in Flash. Then assign a "get URL" action to each of them pointing to the HTML page you want them to go to. Publish your Flash file, and use the insert Flash button in Dreamweaver to add them to your site.
That should work

Thanks for your advice Megan. I will try this. I do remember however that I did try the action "get URL" on a button whilst testing and it seemed to be greyed out for some reason. Is this because it was a button and not a movie clip?
