Do you use spacers?
Just curious about people's opinion of using spacers (i.e. a pixel clear gif) to improve page layout. I use them but only as a last resort.

I mostly just use them in small coloured table cells so the colour will show up in Netscape - for thin borders and other things smaller than an nbsp.

I must admit I use them quite a bit. I can achieve a very precise clean finish on a design by putting different coloured spacers in. Clear spacers have saved me a few times with netscape too. But we're not really here to start another netscape/explorer debate are we!

No Netscape/IE debate. Just questions on spacers.
