Detect Flash Version

Hi guys,
I have a flash object in my website which requires the latest flash player version, I was wondering if it was possible to have an auto detect page that redirects to the page wanted if it had the latest verion. If not, then how do you suggest that I let people know that they need the latest version?

I think you should try this. If you create a new flash, publish it as HTML, then copy out the code that it used, this will redirect your page where you want. This thing has worked for me so hope that it will work for you too.
