Can't get the favicon to work when uploaded
I have troubles getting the favicon to work properly.
I use Dreamweaver MX to build my website and when I press F12 to view my site in IE6, it works flawlessly. I.e. when I add my site to favorites, the favicon appears. When I upload the site to my server, it does NOT work, however.
This is the head-code in my start page.

I'm kind of new in website development so if I didn't present enough information for anyone who think they have the solution, please let me know.
Oh, and my site is www.enselic.tk.
Thanks

It appears that you didn't upload your .ico file to that location as it gives a not found message.

It is in the server, however, not in the root directory, but I belive that shouldn't matter?

Something's awry, that's for sure. Your main directory is wide open (nasty) but when I click on any page, the favicon comes up clear as day. Perhaps you should try it in a better browser?

Hmm... maybe it has something to do with cloaking the adress? Cause now I use dot.tk to have a simplier adress than my "real" one, but when I go to my "real" adress immediatly, the favicon works... Would cloaking be bad for favicons?

um, yeah! the favicon only works for the outer page. when you use a "cloaking" service, it's just putting a frame around your content, and you don't have access to put the in that frame.
Do yourself a favour and pop $8US for a domain name instead of using cloaking. It's bad for your site all around.
