What kind of profile do you want to create? Do you want your own Web site, or just a page on Myspace/Facebook?

I got your point that you want to create your profile on the net. You can create your profile for only $1. Just take a sub domain from *snip* and create a complete website, as you want. Hope this will help you.

I would suggest blogger.com > powered by google.
It has everything, from simple text editor, to html coding utilities. also it has built in rss feeds.
