Birthday Song on my website?

Does anyone know if I can put the birthday song on my website? I think I can, but I heard that I have to pay royalties or a licensing fee or something like that. I did find another birthday song online called Glad You Were Born Today, www.gywbt.com and I can probably use that one, but not sure, it is a little bit more exciting than the original anyway.

ANy info about the original birthday song would be appreciated.

I think I heard that the copyright has expried on the Happy Birthday song so you are free to use it now (might want to try to verify that first)
