Needs a border. The commas look odd bewteen ASP, SQL Server, Cold Fusing as each is loading but it might look more odd without....just a thought.

Looks pretty good- the suggestions I would make are as follows:
1. Add a one pixel border around the banner to separate it from the rest of the page
2. Have you considered making the banner another color?
Other than that, it doesn't look too bad.
