I am trying to find a good program or site that makes free flash banners. I want something highly customizable. Can someone please suggest some free sites or programs?

Don't know of any free programs for this - and I DO tend to look for those before anything else.
But --- if you'd like a flash banner made up for you - feel free to ask, I'd be happy to help out, I know it's not quite the same as being able to do it yourself, and the satisfaction of achieving it, but --- next best thing- is have it done for you... just drop a note over and ask...
