Another good web design blog

I just found Fadtastic today. It's a good multi-author blog which seems to take a different approach. The posts I've read so far are more human focussed than the usual web design blogs.

While I'm on the topic, what blogs do you read? There are very few that I really enjoy anymore. I read:

• 456 Berea St. (he was on vacation for a long time so there hasn't been much there in awhile)
• Authentic Boredom (he doesn't blog much, and when he does it's often personal stuff. too bad)
• Forty Media (this isn't really a blog but the articles are great)
• Zeldman (see Authentic Boredom)
• SEO Moz (great, frequent content but I'm not that into SEO).

I have had a bunch of others on my RSS list at various times but have had to cut some out to avoid RSS overload. I'd really like to see a female only multi author web design blog. It would be cool if I could find some other gals to join me on that
