You could also try scaling it down just a little bit - that might help depending on what's in the graphic.

You might try some sort of a small blur, but other than that there's not much you can do to anti-alias it in photoshop.

Never used PhotoShop, but you can make some simple blurs with user-defined filters. I forget the basic rules. Here's the link I refer to:
