As you don't know any website code, not even HTML, you are going to have to search the net for a ready made script and install it to your site.
Although, as a full time web design student, I would advise learning at least basic HTML and CSS before trying to do things like chat system.
Websites require managing, updating, improving etc, and if you cannot code at all, you have no chance to do this really.
Sincerely, one step at a time - don't run before you can walk.
Learn HTML and CSS, design and make a site of your own that isn't a template system, then start adding complex things like chat systems.
It would only take me short while to make my own chat system like what you want, with PHP and MYSQL, so once you have learned HTML and CSS you can either install a ready made chat system, or then learn PHP and MYSQL and make your own.
For most other people I would say get a ready made script, as you are studying web design, I rather advise you learn to do this yourself.
It will be much more rewarding and useful to you in the long run.
Besides, you will need to learn at least a little about MYSQL to even use a ready made script. And without any PHP knowledge you wouldn't be able to do anything with the chat to tweak it to how you want it, or even check it to ensure it's secure.
Having PHP and MYSQL on a site requires knowledge of security, and ready made scripts are not always secure.
If you want a chat system anyway and ignore my advice, then again, search the internet for ready made scripts. I wont link to any as I don't know any I would put my name to as being secure.

your site's maximum sections are blank means, in the picture sections there are link for pictures but there is no pictures anyways coming to the point why don't you try to add a shout box widget or there are lots of free chatting widget are available your friend can chat themselves from your site and it will save your site's bandwidth, so just google it and you will get result for it.
Thanks.

Have you considered using shout box?
that might be the easiest thing I could advice at your level.
I do agree with greg when he said

You might want to learn more before adding tweaks to your site.
and another option would be to hire a freelance web developer to work on your site. that's the easiest solution for you.
