Greetings,
I have 3 questions that are not really mind boggling, i should know the answer really i guess but it you could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

==========================
1) On Fireworks 4, i insert a graphic i have created but it inserts the whole workspace into my editor, meaning the graphic and all the whitespace or area around it, not just the graphic.

How do i create a graphic and insert ONLY the area the actual graphic takes up?

2) How do use a graphic for a submit button in a form, instead of the standard submit button?

3) How do i create one of those little mini-browser pop-up window things? i think its called Java windows?
==========================

Take your pick and i appreciate the help, i will try to do my part to answer just as many questions as i ask to contribute to the forum, thanks!

p.s. first time here.

1. You can't. Well, not really. The graphic will still take up the x and y dimensions, but you can make the background transparent, which will give the *illusion* that it's only the graphic. Search on the help in Fireworks for "transparent gif" or "gif-89a"

2.

3. That would be Javascript, not Java (a different language altogether). Tutorials at http://www.irt.org and http://www.zerocattle.com/examples/popUp.html is a compilation of the tutorials.

Most people don't ask very clear questions. It's easy to answer clear questions!
