2 new concepts
I've got 2 different sites that are getting new designs. One is mine, the other is my friends, he said he'd like to have it looked at and see how it could be better. I'd like mine to be looked at also.

hmm well, either of yours are nice, but the horizontal scrollbars are really annoying, see if you cant resize some of the stuff to make them go away.
and your friends is good, i like the new one more, but i think he shouldnt mess with the mouse, i just feel a bit off when i go to clikc a link and my mouse doesnt change.
anyone can do any amount of work provided it isnt the work they are supposed to be doing.

Yours:
I like them both as well, probably like the new one a lil better, scroll bars at 800x600 on both.
Just a note, always use width and height tags on all images, it's very jumpy on loading. slow to load, over 120kb, CSS not wotking in Opera6
Friends:
perfer the old one, but needs to tidy the code up, has meta tags outside the html tags among others, also has horz scroll at 800x600 due, slow to load, over 140kb and naviagation doesnt work in Opera6.
the new site is just as slow, over 140kb and doesn't display well in opera6, having iframe inside iframe isnt a good idea (contents didnt display in IE), I agree with the mouse thing

I too prefer the new one of yours but I get this error in the main section 'Parse error: parse error, unexpected '=' in c:\hosted\silver\anitrade\html\newsite\main.php on line 63'. I like the brighter look but I'd loose the banner at the top as it detracts from the site and your logo/start of the actual site should be at the top of the page. I would also say that your links could be more different on hover say a different colour, maybe orange or red?
On the other one, I kind of prefer bits of both. The older header/logo is better but too big, the new one looks a bit bland. I agree with what busy said about the iframes, although the content did appear for me in IE, it is just annoying when trying to scroll down the page. The new site is perhaps a better layout but needs some thing to spice it up a bit.

On the Antitrade site, I definitely like the new one better. It's much more unique and light feeling. I do think that it might be a good idea to do something different with the outer background just to make thing smore interesting. I don't really like how the logo text is smooshed in that corner there. Actually, I would do something totally different with that, regulasr upper/lower case text rather than than all caps and find a way of separating the text so it reads more like Ani-Trade.net (with the .net being less important visually). Busy mentioned that the navbar isn't working in Opera (it's just the CSS not making the text smaller like it should be).
Anyway, this looks much better than the old one. It has much more character (literally!) and is more representative of your site theme.
For the second one, I agree with Julia. I like the graphic styles of the header on the old one, but it is too big. The header on the second one seems boring in comparison so maybe combine the two ideas by adding some graphic interest to the header on the second design. Those i-frames aren't working at all (I'm seeing scrollbars all over the place in Opera, Mozilla has a similar problem). The "webmaster's dream come true" text is almost undreadable as well - I would use a different font for that (just verdana or whatever would be fine).

Thanks for the comments!
@ Julia:
I know about the parse error I haven't gotten around to doing all the content for it yet. But it'll be fixed soon.
