There's also a very good beginners' guide on http://www.webmonkey.com - very basic. Just shows you how to get your first database up on the web, and do a basic search. Lots of other good stuff on the site too.

I don't know of any for Access, but this link: http://www.tutorial-web.com/asp/database/ is good for ASP & SQL and can probably point you in the right direction.
There is also some good examples at asp101.com and aspfaq.com (http://www.aspfaq.com/cart/)
