sql server / personal web server

I recently installed sql server 2000 personal edition on my pc running windows 98, and have now lost my windows 98 personal web server.

can i not run the 2 concurrently?

i have a number of websites set up for PWS that i cannot view locally any more, can i fix this?

any help appreciated...
