Is Oracle free?

Like the subject says, is Oracle free? If so, where can I get it from? The Oracle site has a few downloads but I don't know which I should get.

AFAIK (as far as I know) Oracle is not free, in fact it's on the far opposite. Depending on what you're doing however mySQL might work for ya and it *is* free.
