ODBC + PHP3 errors :(

Hi everyone!
i wont to connect to the DB throught the ODBC but i always have this error: Warning: SQL error: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file '(unknown)'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data., SQL state S1000 in SQLConnect in c:\inetpub/db/index.php3 on line 14

what's up? Any ideas?

Has the unix admin given you permission to connect to the machine/database? By default most ISPs will block such requests unless you ask for the ability.
