First let me say that I am a totally new beginner with regards to building a website and well what I need to know is how do I make a members page where they can sign in? 
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated as it seems the server I picked doesn't have too much knowledge about this or anything for that matter.

If you are completely new, I would suggest getting a script that fits your needs at HotScripts.

Would you be able to suggest which one I should use as I just basically want a members login page however it has to be an authenicated one from what I was told by the billing companies as I intend to make it a paying website. Thanks for any help you can give me.
