Well actually I have not 'really' made him moderator yet. I will today though (introductory email and all that)
Anyway, to keep you interested here is his recent email to me regarding this position...

My name's Peter Boettcher but my nick in The Webmaster Forums is "PJ". I noticed you started a new discussion forum with databases being the topic. I have extensive experience (6 + years in databases - SQL,Access,DB; 3+ years experience using databases on websites mostly through ASP pages), if you need another moderator for this forum I'd be glad to help out. I visit the site around 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening) and I feel I could be a great resource for you. Most of my help would be to users needing help on SQL6.5-7.0, Access, and using those with ASP pages.
To everyone, I'm sorry for not introducing myself earlier, I guess I was feeling a little shy especially after the last new moderator got blasted, so I didn't want to make to much of a big deal.
As I told JP I've got a lot of experience building clients database driven sites using SQL 6.5 & 7 with ASP pages. I've also started experimenting with XML as a data holder for temporary recordsets so as I learn more about this I'll be able to share this knowledge also.
I've been on this forum for awhile as PJ posting questions and answers every once and awhile so I just didn't show up yesterday and ask to be moderator.
Anyway I look forward to many stimulating database discussions

I'm just wondering why he hasn't posted in response to a thread or started a new topic in here yet... so far he hasn't posted at all in this forum
