Don't think there are any; however, if your data isn't humoungous, why don't you build a text-based dbms & use javascript for the searches? See the "I, Object" tutorials/scripts at: http://members.aol.com/grassblad I wrote them years ago when I first began learning javascript, but they might be sufficient for your needs.

http://www.brinkster.com used to have free accounts and they support ASP. But I'm not sure if they do any more.

Yes they have an educational package with ASP.net but there's no FTP.
