Converting a phpbb Forum db to Vbulletin?? How Do you Do it?

I am wondering is it possibe lt o convert a phpbb forum boards database to a vbulletin board database?? If so how would I go about doing that? Is there a importing script available to do such a thing??

Vbulleting board version is 3.x.x

Any help would be appreciated!
