convert records in access to mysql

can anybody tell me how to convert access to mysql??

Are you talking about data only or the whole data/table structure? If it is data only, then export the data to a text delimited file and import into MySQL. If you want the whole thing, then you would need a program like this one.

convertng the whole thing...do u know where can i get converter which is free of charge? doing this for my friend. doesn't think he will pay for this..

No, I haven't seen a free one. Building the tables and importing the data may be the only way which shouldn't be too complicated.
