Circular Queue in MySQL - How?

Hi all,

I am trying to find out some info on what I have been told is called a 'Circular Queue'.

Please have a look at http://www.heartsaffection.com/view.php?page=catfile.php&category=Free and you will see a list of sites. These are all stored in a database, and I want them to 'roll', so that the first person will see '1 to 1 Dating UK' at the top, however the next person will see 'Adult Catch' as the first. I want this to continue to roll each time it is viewed until it has completely gone around in a circle and then start again.

I'm not sure if this is done from within the database, or whether it is done with coding in the php. I have searched on the net, but can't find anything.

If anyone can help, please let me know. If you need any further details - a copy of my php or MySQL version etc, please let me know.
