Has any thought ever been given to adding a minimum post requirement for this particular forum? I'd always hoped that this would be a good place for "Designer looking to outsource Database" or "Developer looking for front end template" sort of posts.

Unfortunately, all I ever see here are "Amazing Hosting Plan!" posts by unknown individuals who make the one post and then move on.

Edit: Of course by moving the thread, it loses all sense of context. "this particular forum" would refer to the Market Place forum Sticking out tongue
