Is 'Services and Special Offers' restricted for special members?

Hi

I can not open a new thread at 'Services and Special Offers' as there is no option in drop down list to select that category, so, Is 'Services and Special Offers' restricted for special members?

I'm sorry, we're having problems right now with the permissions. We are trying to get that fixed right now.

In the meantime, just post a message in General chat and I'll move it to the right forum.
