Please help regarding Singapore universities!

I want to know if NTU Singapore accepts GRE scores?

I have a CGPA of 8.7

My major problem is funding so I don't think I have a chance in US without major funding!!
Therefore considering Singapore too!!

Please help me! I'm really confused!!
