New look TWF
I think the new look TWF looks cool. Especially the new smilies.
- I think this one will be used alot.
Check them out:

I have noticed a few problems, which are probably just minor glitches. But they are: That where it says the number of posts and date registered, next to the post, it is not always acurate, my old username (tomworld) varies from around 100 posts to 600 and from may 97 to jul 99 - all in the same discussion. The [code] tag seems to have gone back to the old small version.
What do people think of the new look TWF? Has any one else noticed any other problems?

I do like it, but I don't like how the folders aren't a different color if their is new information. I only get the lightbulbs - but the next level their is nothing distinguishing the new posts.

I have found two problems:
1)when i post a message, it doesnt post automatically, sometimes it comes up in a matter of hours and sometimes it doesnt, but if it does come up after a few hours it isnt even marked as a new post!!
2)when i enter a Topic -eg- Server Handling, i post my message, then problem #1 happnes, but when i return to the main page, none of the forums have the lights that tell you the activity of the forum!!
The change is good, this is my favourite!
I hope ill get to use it often

Brooke, I agree. The lightbulbs show if there are any new posts, but then when you enter a forum, you only get yellow folders, it can be very confusing, I come by a few times a day and I can never remember when, even if I do I then have to try to remember how to work it out in ET. Another problem I've found is: when you go from a forum to the main page, all the lightbulbs are lit, whether there are new posts or not.
I know there have been quite a few problems with posts either not showing up, or finding their way to the forums a day later.
Anyway, I'm sure the team here will sort out these problems.
BTW: I think this one is quite cute

It stinks how the red folders don't show up. That is how I knew when there were new messages there. Please change that. I have a feeling a lot of other people are displeased with that also. and I don't think that's good.

I think it is! I just posted in my forum and it actually showed up right after I posted it... I guess this will be another test, but it looks like it's finally working!

Also one thing...
When is TWF's going to be moved back on the webmaster-forums.com domain? With this IP I can't as easily see the discussions with new posts, have to look at the dates instead of the little red folder image.

the forum seems to be working as a whole apart from the number of posts each person has posted, they can be quite strange!! Also when i got back to the main page from a folder by clicking on the link at the top right of each topic, none of the lightbulbs are there!! i hope these problems get fixed so that these forums can function like they used to!!

Malte: Yup, I just perceived and fixed.
Park: As far back as I can remember NOBODY has ever been banned from TWF, besides for spamming. Ok, one exception, but let's forget about this dark period
