Sorry but you really should have kept the old vbulletin forum, its so much easier to read and it has far more features...however, maybe i will get used to this?!
We hope you can get used to it too (although there's lots more work to do on the design).
We've got a number of reasons for switching from vBulletin. The amount of features in a system aren't really important to us, unless they're something we actually need.
Trying to get used to the new look. Font size seems to be a little large
though.
The site has over 10,00o urls indexed. All the old thread URLs
have changed and are now returning "Page Not found",
and till such time the new equivalent URLs are indexed, some
fall in SERPs may be expected.

Yes, but our rankings (for anything but the phrase 'webmaster forums', couldn't be much worse! We rank quite well for the term: 'moose noises' for example. 10,000 pages indexed--full of Webmastering information--and all Google can pick out is bloomin' moose noises!
Currently vBulletin (and the rubbish code it outputs) is causing Google to think all our pages are duplicates of the front page. We could get vbseo, but why the heck should we pay extra for a search engine friendliness? If the system was written correctly in the first place we wouldn't have this problem.
