Ask a Host Forum? -
JP is willing to let me moderate a "Ask a Host" forum if you are all interested. Just make a post here giving your opinons. The forum would be dedicated to asking things specific to the hosting industry. What servers do people use, how do we obtain things, best software, UNIX vs. NT, etc... We are open to ideas on what to include in the arena of items to be discussed in this section so please, express your opinions. Thanks.

Think it's a pretty good idea. Pretty much a newbie when it comes to the inner workings of the Internet and there's a lot of questions I could come up with. Might not be the busiest forum, but who knows.
Hmmmm Unix vs. NT, could this be another topic like IE vs. NS?

Well, does this mean none of you think this will be of any benefit to you? If you don't, any other ideas for a hosting related forum that you think would be a big help to you?

Hey all,
JP is in the process of getting the new forum program setup and running, but once that is complete, he will add this forum and we will all be able to learn something!
Thanks for the input. I thought it might be a good idea. Hopefully it will help give the customers a little education on what things are entailed from a hosts perspective. I though about this forum because of the need to educate the users as much as the hosts if you know what I mean
