Which Script?

Hey imma kinda in a pickle and could use some help locating a script I can use in workings with one of my sites...

Basically I am trying to setup a Poetry site... and need user Submissions and so on which can automatically be put in catagories kinda like poetry.com

My hosting is Linux with PHP so php script would be nice... also free would be the best if nothing else I might be able to mod a small script to work.
