Weather Perl Script - Any ideas?

Hello all!
First of all, please sorry my bad english!

I need a perl script to make appear the weather icons on the the main page of our portal.

This script must have and admin area where we can insert the daily information about the weather

We can pay for it!

I'm getting ready to set this free weather script up on my site. Therefore, it may be what you're looking for. It's at www.cgi-resources.com and it's call "ham weather". It looks pretty good.
